退款政策

We have a 30-day return policy. You must initiate your return within 30 days of the original shipping date.

To be eligible for a refund, the returned item must arrive at our warehouse in Japan within 45 days of the original shipping date. We will not accept returns or issue refunds for items received after this period. Items that do not arrive within this timeframe will be sent back to the customer. Return shipping charges are the customer's responsibility.

Return Eligibility

  • The product must be purchased directly from our site.
  • The item must be unused, with all original tags and accessories intact and undamaged.
  • The item must be free of any odors or stains.
  • The item must not have any customization (e.g., embroidery, hemming).
  • Only one return is permitted per order.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will evaluate the issue and resolve it.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges. If you wish to change the size or color, please return the original item and place a new order.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email if your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Buyers are responsible for any taxes, duties, and other charges incurred upon importing purchased items. We do not provide any refunds for these fees.

Shipping charges are not refundable.

How to Make a Return

Please note that returns can only be accepted if they meet the conditions outlined in our return policy.

  1. Fill out the return slip: Complete the required information on the enclosed return slip, including the items being returned, the date, and your signature.
  2. Pack your item(s): Detach the completed slip along the cut line and place it inside the package with the product(s) you are returning.
  3. Ship the package: Bring the package to a shipping carrier and complete the procedure to mail it to us.
  4. Inspection: Once the package arrives at our warehouse, we will inspect the item(s) to confirm they meet our return criteria.
  5. Refund: After your return is approved, we will process your refund.
