Are these scrubs comfortable during long shifts?
Yes. Our scrubs are designed for extended wear with breathable fabric and built-in stretch to conform to your body, ensuring lasting comfort.
How much mobility and stretch do these scrubs provide?
They offer exceptional stretch. The fabric moves with you, allowing comfortable squats, arm extensions, and other movements.
Do these scrubs offer breathability and moisture-wicking performance?
Most of our scrubs feature moisture-wicking, quick-drying, and breathable fabric, keeping you fresh throughout your shift. For details, please check the feature section of each scrub.
How does Classico differ from other brands?
Classico blends refined design, practical functionality, and premium quality in every garment. We use premium materials crafted with Japanese expertise and apply insights from healthcare professionals to create functional, practical designs—setting us apart.
What is your commitment to materials?
Classico works with specialist textile mills to create proprietary fabrics that balance durability, refined appearance, and comfort, ensuring garments withstand stains, vigorous movement, and industrial laundering.
Your products seem more expensive than other brands. Are they really cost-effective?
Many customers in Japan wear Classico garments for two to three years, offering excellent long-term value even if the initial price is higher.
Will the colors fade or the fabric wrinkle after washing?
We apply a special finish that preserves color and resists wrinkling, so your garment will look fresh after washing.
Is it safe to wash the garment in a washing machine?
Yes. Place the garment in a laundry bag and machine-wash it at home. We do not recommend tumble drying.
How should I choose the right size?
Each product page has a size chart and a nude body measurement chart. Compare your measurements to the chart and select the closest match. We also recommend our Virtusize fitting service.
If the size doesn't fit, can I return or exchange the item?
You may return any unworn item with its original tags within 30 days.
Can separate orders be shipped together if I place them at the same time?
We cannot consolidate separate orders into one shipment. Please add all desired items to a single order before checking out.
How can I change my order?
Once an order is confirmed, it generally cannot be canceled. Please review your basket carefully before checkout. If a mistake is noticed, contact us with your order number. After shipping, cancellation is not possible; please follow our returns procedure once the item arrives.
Can I request gift wrapping?


Yes. Gift wrapping is available—simply select the option at checkout.

How long does shipping take?
Delivery time varies by destination and whether you add embroidery. Standard orders arrive in about three to seven days. Embroidery adds about two extra weeks.
How can I change the delivery address?
The delivery address cannot be changed after placing an order. Please confirm the address before checking out.
Can I specify a delivery date?
Date-specific delivery is not available.
Can I track my shipment?
Yes. After shipping, we will email you a tracking number so you can monitor the delivery status.
What payment methods are available?
We accept major credit cards—Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, and JCB—as well as PayPal.
Can I pay by bank transfer?
Bank transfers are not available. For large-volume purchases, please contact us to discuss alternatives.
I cannot select my preferred payment method. Why?
Available payment options vary by region. Please choose from the methods displayed at checkout.
Do you offer installment or post-payment options?
Installments may be arranged through your credit card issuer. Post-payment services are not available.
How are taxes handled?

For international transactions, buyers may be subject to taxes and fees based on their country of residence and destination:

Consumption Tax/Value-Added Tax (VAT)

Sales tax or VAT may apply to your purchase, depending on the destination. In some countries, we collect these taxes in advance and include them in the product price, but additional taxes may be imposed by customs.

Customs Duty/Import Tax

Buyers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes associated with international shipping. These charges are determined by the destination country’s customs office and are beyond our control. Your shipping carrier may also charge these taxes.

Responsibility for Paying Taxes

While we must inform buyers of the possibility of additional taxes, the actual tax amount is the buyer’s responsibility. Buyers acknowledge that taxes and duties will be due when products arrive."

Can I return or exchange an item?
Returns are accepted within 30 days of shipment, provided the item is unused and the original tags are attached.
I already returned part of my order—can I send back the remaining items?
Only one return request is permitted per order.
Can I return an item that has been embroidered?
No. Embroidered items are not eligible for return.
