Shipping policy

We strive to deliver products quickly and reliably to customers in the target area. Below are details about our shipping policy. Please check the contents when ordering.

1. Delivery area

We only ship to the following countries: Delivery is possible to Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, and the Philippines. For Taiwan, please place your order from the Taiwan-specific website. Taiwan site: https://classicolabcoat.tw/

We will not be able to deliver to you if you do not live in the above countries. For more information, please contact customer@classico-global.com.

2. Shipping method

We deliver products to our customers using delivery companies according to each country.

Standard Shipping: Usually takes 3-7 business days for delivery.
Delivery of products with secondary processing, such as embroidery, will take an additional 10 business days in addition to the above shipping date.
Estimated delivery times are approximate from the shipping date. International shipping may be subject to customs clearance and other unexpected delays, so please allow plenty of time for your expected shipping time.
We do not deliver on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays in Japan.
Please check the NEWS for notifications if there is a particular delivery schedule.

3. Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on each country's destination.
Shipping costs will be displayed in your cart when you place your order and will be included in your final payment amount.

4. Customs duties/import taxes

For international shipments, the buyer is responsible for customs duties, import taxes, and other charges in the country or region. These charges are not included in the shipping cost and may be charged separately by customs.
While we strive to provide accurate information regarding customs duties and import taxes, we cannot guarantee exact amounts as each country's customs authorities determine the actual amount.
If customs clearance is required, we will not be responsible for any delivery delays caused by this.
The customer will bear all costs related to import.

5. Order processing time

Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. Order processing times may vary depending on product availability and special promotional periods.

Processing times may be longer than usual during holidays and specific busy periods (e.g., New Year's holidays, sales periods).

6. Shipping tracking

We offer tracking services for all shipments. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification that includes your shipping tracking number. You can use this tracking number to check the status of your package on the carrier's website.

7. Change the shipping address

The shipping address cannot be changed after the order is confirmed. If you have entered your address incorrectly, please get in touch with customer support as soon as possible. Address changes cannot be made for items that have already been shipped.

8. Shipping issues

Delivery delay
In rare cases, delivery may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., bad weather, customs delays, pandemics, etc.). In these cases, we will keep you updated on the situation and get it to you as soon as possible.

Lost/Damaged
We will take responsibility for any loss or damage during shipping. If your package does not arrive within the scheduled delivery period or is damaged, please contact customer support immediately. We will conduct the necessary investigation and take appropriate measures.

9. Refusal of receipt/absence

If the buyer is not present when the delivery company delivers the item, a note is usually left, and a redelivery procedure is carried out. If redelivery does not take place or if the item is not picked up for a long period of time, it will be returned to us.

We may charge you a redelivery fee if you wish to have the item re-delivered after it has been returned.
If the item is returned due to refusal or absence, the buyer will be responsible for redelivery procedures.

10. Special provisions by country

Special shipping provisions may apply depending on the laws and regulations of each country. For example, the importation of certain goods may be prohibited or require special quarantine. If delivery is impossible due to these regulations, we will notify you and consider alternatives.
