The fabric is thick and stretchy. The cut is mostly straight, so it doesn't have much of an effect on making you look slimmer. I saw reviews saying it was loose-fitting, but the armholes are normal, so when I wore a sweater underneath, it felt tighter than the same-sized lab coat I was provided with at the hospital. The fabric feels very nice against the skin, and the fact that it doesn't wrinkle easily is a plus.

I'm about 150cm tall, but the hem doesn't get in the way and it's comfortable. The fabric feels just right, and I'm very satisfied.
