退款政策
We have a 30-day return policy, and you must process your return within 30 days of shipping the item. If the item does not arrive at our warehouse in Japan within 45 days, we will not be able to accept a return or refund, so please send it back well in advance. If the product does not arrive within the deadline, it will be returned to the customer.
-Return shipping charges are the customer's responsibility.
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- Products must be purchased directly from our site.
- Items must be unused, with tags, no lost or damaged product accessories, and no customization (embroidery, hemming, etc.).
- If it is confirmed that there is no odor or dirt after the product arrives at the warehouse.
- Returns must be made correctly using the method specified by our company.
- A "Return slip" is included with the product. Please include a Return Slip with the item you are returning. (Signature required)
- Returns can only be made once per order.

Damage and problems
Once you receive your order, please review it and contact us immediately if you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item. We will evaluate the issue and take appropriate action.
Exchange
We do not offer exchanges. If you wish to change the size or color, please return the item and purchase it again.
Refund
After we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to notify you if your refund has been approved. If approved, a refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method. Please note that it may also take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post your refund.
Buyers are responsible for any taxes, duties, and other charges incurred upon importing purchased items. We do not provide any refunds for these fees.
Shipping charges are not refundable.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, please contact us at customer@classico-global.com.
How to return

1. Please check the included return slip.
2. Please check the required items, date, and sign.
3. Please cut it off from the cut line and include it with the product.
4. Please bring the product to the delivery company and complete the shipping procedures.
5. Once the product arrives at our warehouse, we will inspect it and determine if it has been returned properly.
6. Only correctly returned items will be processed for refund.
