About Collaboration
A special scrub created with KUTANI CHOEMON, a Kutani ware kiln in Ishikawa founded in 1879.

The traditional deep indigo-blue gradations of Kutani ware, known as ai-Kutani, are expressed in two colors, light blue and navy. Delicate embroidery that reproduces the traces of the brush, and other details, bring the kiln's own world into the design.

KUTANI CHOEMON keeps boldly updating its craft, taking skateboards and BMX into its historic patterns. That attitude resonates deeply with Classico, which wants to change clinical settings.

About KUTANI CHOEMON
Founded in 1879 in Terai Village, Nomi District, Ishikawa Prefecture. With a flexible attitude that does not cling to tradition, it presents work centered on tableware for Japanese cuisine. Committed to handwork by its artisans, it aims to fire Kutani ware that still feels fresh as the years pass.
