A medical apparel brand established in 2008 in Japan. Everything started after a doctor commented, "Why aren't there any cool-looking lab coats?"
We design, develop, and sell stylish Italian-tailored white lab coats, stethoscopes, shoes, and other medical apparel.
Although we are relatively new to this industry, we strive to add value to healthcare workers' experiences by listening to the voices of end users firsthand through our direct-to-consumer (D2C) approach.
To develop better lab coats and scrubs, we hold try-on sessions, conduct user interviews, and send out product surveys.
