We interviewed Seiko Soyama, the director of Seiko Medical Beauty Clinic, which has introduced Classico's nurse uniforms, scrubs, and lab coats. She told us why she chose Classico's nurse uniforms as her uniforms and how comfortable they are to wear.

Seiko Medical Beauty Clinic specializes in cosmetic dermatology, cosmetic surgery, and plastic surgery and was created based on the director's idea that "I wish there was a clinic like this." Since she has had skin problems in the past, she has accumulated knowledge of skin and beauty and experience in various treatments. At our Fukuoka and Kagoshima clinics, we strive to provide the same level of treatment as in Tokyo.

I've been paying attention to Classico since the brand was first created. Previously, lab coats were seen as something that didn't change much, but Classico's lab coats and scrubs have designs that make you look stylish and have intricate details, so I remember being very happy when I put them on for the first time and how it made me feel happy even while I was working.
I've loved wearing Classico's lab coats and scrubs ever since.
We had always worn matching scrubs as our clinic uniforms, but this time, we decided to introduce new team scrubs with an embroidered logo. The COVID-19 pandemic was a problem, and we wanted to get everyone fired up and working together as one.
We decided on navy blue to bring attention to the situation. The nurse uniforms were scrubs from Gelato Pique & Classico, which the nurses chose. The logo is the familiar clinic logo that has been used for a long time. When all the staff have the same mark during the morning meeting, it makes us feel more united, and we sometimes receive compliments from patients.
I feel that Classico scrubs are extremely durable. They don't lose their shape even after repeated washing, and the fabric doesn't get damaged, so I've been able to use them for a long time, even if I bought them several years ago. As for lab coats, there are many different styles, but Classico ones show off the body lines the most, so I like them.
Our job is beauty, so as people who help people become more beautiful, we must always be conscious of beauty. White coats and scrubs that make us look smart are essential to look good while working. I also believe that comfort is reflected in our work, so I am particular about choosing uniforms that suit me and are comfortable to wear.
