A Conversation with Clinic Director, Dr. Yoshitomi Tomoyuki
The staff had been talking a lot about the loungewear brand Gelato Pique, and I wanted to order scrubs from them. I asked Gelato Pique directly, and they recommended Classico.
I had used Classico scrubs before, so I was already familiar with their premium quality. Classico scrubs are very stretchy and comfortable to wear. Stains come off quickly, and best of all, they are easy to care for. Blood often gets on our uniforms during pregnancy and childbirth, so easy cleaning is an essential feature when choosing scrubs.
When we looked at Classico's lineup, we found that the scrubs were not only functional but also available in a wide variety of colors. This allowed us to choose a color that matched the bright and welcoming atmosphere we cultivate at our clinic.
Mommy's Clinic Luna has a brown-based interior, so we wanted to avoid dark-colored scrubs. We had our staff try on various color combinations before making a final selection. Classico offered so many colors that it was difficult to decide. However, we chose the soft blue-lavender, a color that suits an obstetrics and gynecology department and was well-received by the staff.
Even our staff members, who have worn many different scrubs, commented that these are the softest they have ever worn. This highlights the attention to detail that defines the Gelato Pique & Classico collaboration.
We were concerned that some scrubs can look sloppy, but our staff praises Classico scrubs for their sturdy construction, which gives them a clean, professional appearance. Thanks to this, we are often asked by people from other clinics which brand we use.
More than anything, our staff members have a variety of body types, but Classico scrubs are designed to look stylish on everyone. We also appreciate how they create a unified, professional look throughout the clinic. These details shape our clinic's overall impression, so choosing Classico scrubs was the right decision.
Additional Staff Comments
I love the exquisite blue-lavender color of the Gelato Pique & Classico scrubs; it's so charming. Mommy's Clinic Luna has an Instagram account where we post pictures, and we have received many compliments from patients about how cute the uniforms are.
These scrubs not only look good but are also comfortable and dry quickly, which is a great feature. I often sweat a lot during procedures, and the fabric's excellent absorbency makes these scrubs easy to care for. That is always a big help.
