Hospital and team introduction
Mommy Clinic Ijuin in Kagoshima City is a total care clinic for women with three departments: obstetrics, gynecology, and anesthesiology. Inside the clinic, which has an exterior that resembles an art museum, yoga lessons and mommy schools are held. A major feature of the clinic is that it offers a wide range of care from pregnancy to after childbirth.
The clinic also has many experienced staff members, including advanced midwives. They support women thoroughly, hoping that "all patients can give birth with peace of mind and in a way that suits them.

We interviewed the midwives at Mommy Clinic Ijuin about their impressions of Classico's lab coats and scrubs.

At first, I was attracted to the design and color of Classico scrubs. I was looking online and thought there were stylish and unusual-colored scrubs, so I bought one. When I tried them on, I was surprised at how stretchy the jersey material was and how warm it was, even though it was short-sleeved. It was easy to wear even in winter, and I immediately liked it. I wanted to incorporate this into my hospital, so I went to the Marunouchi store with my husband, the director. There were many types, but the staff explained them in detail... The TRO series has a feminine open-collar design that makes it look stylish. Also, I couldn't tell how comfortable it would be just by touching it, but it was very relaxed when I tried it. I decided on TRO for the women's uniforms and DECO for the men's.
In obstetrics and gynecology, births often occur in the middle of the night, so we usually work until very late. Wearing something formal at times like that can be tiring. I thought that scrubs, which are comfortable to wear, were the best for uniforms.
You can't relax or lie down during your break if the uniform is too tight. Classico's scrubs are very comfortable, so I thought they would be perfect for introducing me to the clinic. The staff received them well, and when they saw my ones, they all said, "I want one too," even before we introduced them.
We recently renewed our website with new photos; these scrubs make it look very sophisticated. The clinic's design is based on white, so the deep navy stands out.
I also like the embroidered logo on the chest. A dedicated designer made it, and I've been using it for a while. I wondered how it would turn out because it's embroidered, but the pink stands out against the navy fabric, so I'm glad I asked him to do it.

This was my first time wearing Classico scrubs, and they were clearly different from the ones I'd worn before. They were also very easy to move around in. I got much feedback from patients, including comments like "Your look has changed" and "You look stylish." Maybe it's because they make me look more stylish than before, but some even commented, "Everyone looks slim."
In obstetrics and gynecology, we often hold babies and come into close contact with the mother during childbirth. Therefore, the baby or patient mustn't feel uncomfortable when touching us. Classico's scrubs are very soft to the touch, so they are also comfortable for people around us.
